Form Name	Form Description
Release Form	Tower Hill Stables standard release form. It must be signed by each rider prior to participating in any equine related activity. Parent or guardian must sign for children under 18 yrs of age.
Holiday Riding Session	The Holiday Riding Session is now forming. The session runs from 12/24/07 to 1/4/08. This form contains detailed information about the sessions, dates, times, prices and the application form. A deposit is required to reserve a place in the session.
Beginner Riding Course	THS Riding Program Beginner Riding Course registration form. This form contains detailed course information along with dates, times and fees. It can be filled out and sent in to reserve a spot in the program. A deposit is required.
ISC Show Bill	The THS ISC show is June 30 & July 1. This form contains an entry form and a class schedule. Forms can be turned in at the front desk or faxed to (847) 464-4375. Early entries are appreciated.
$10 off Coupon	Print this flyer and bring it in for $10.00 off your first riding lesson at Tower Hill Stables. This coupon is not valid for "Trail Lessons" or any "riding sessions".
